 Fitness Kickboxing

Participants will be instructed to perform powerful punching and kicking combinations without compromising good form.
Traditional Kickboxing techniques are integrated with other fitness components to ensure fitness gains great workout for Men or Women. 
Small groups encouraged to participate, gloves, gear and all other equipment is provided.

 Fitness Boxing

 Energizing workout that focuses on the fitness aspect of boxing. While having fun the participant will learn punching combinations and boxing techniques. Challenging drills are also incorporated to improve your balance, eye-hand-foot coordination, strength, endurance and stamina. Fitness Boxing helps you to increase confidence and self-esteem. Absolutely all ages are not only welcome but also encouraged to participate.
