Highly experienced and educated Personal Trainer, certified
by the Fitness industry’s premiere certification, Optimum Performance Training for the fitness professional issued by
the National Academy of Sports Medicine NASM, and Functional Training Specialist, certified by NESTA, National Endurance and
Sports Trainers Association. Health and fitness instructor certified by accredited organizations in the United States of America. CPR, First Aid American Red Cross, AED automatic external defibrillator certified. Carlos is a trainer known for his effective calorie burning and rejuvenating total
body conditioning workouts and the ability to deliver customer service experience without parallel in the fitness industry.
He is also owner and founder of carlos diaz fitness in 2003, and creator of the enjoyable and innovative
Potrero Hill Outdoor Fitness Adventure PHOFA in the summer of 2007 followed by a successful
PHOFA 2008 and currently PHOFA for the year 2009.
Introduced for first time to sporting activities at the age of 5 got attracted to many other exercising disciplines
and over time immersed himself in the areas of exercise science and application to become
a personal trainer, fitness instructor and a seasoned coach who has distinguished himself with exceptional leadership and
fitness program development skills. He has been involved in training and competing in Soccer to present day. Carlos has been training individuals in the City of San Francisco for over 5 years, and
currently training at professionally equipped training facilities and outdoors as well.
