    12-week body transformation 

          Optimize your fitness results by working out intensely.

You have an hour to work your muscles, burn some fat and get all pumped up for a greater state of fitness and well being. Using training tools from fitness ball to stretching bands, free weights and your own body weight. There is nothing ordinary about this workout. Designed to push your muscles to their limits and test your strength past the breaking point.

 All participants gradually adapt to the progression of this training program and you can do it, too!
 

 Choose 2 or 3 workouts a week training plan.


    Specialized Personal Training

Focuses on the therapeutic and corrective aspect of training, addressing rehabilitation of past and current injuries.


Full bodywork for:

Posture

Balance

Coordination

Stress management

Low back pain
Core stabilization, functional training and weight management.

Incorporates a variety of stretching techniques aimed to soothe and relax musculature, increase range of motion as your mobility and flexibility get restored.

       Sessions of 30, 45 and 60 minutes are available in training packages, all equipment provided.

    buddy training 2 or more participants with one trainer

 Progressive workouts customized for you and your buddy(ies) to get you in great shape and improved fitness level. 
buddy Training offers a variety challenging exercises and routines combining cardiovascular work, body weight training, strength training, circuit training, and stretching. Adjusted rates, more participants per session, more savings for every participant.    

    Fitness Boxing

 Energizing workout that focuses on the fitness aspect of boxing. While having fun the participant will learn punching combinations and boxing techniques. Challenging drills are also incorporated to improve your balance, eye-hand-foot coordination, strength, endurance and stamina. Fitness Boxing helps you to increase confidence and self-esteem.

Expect to burn a ton of calories, you are training just like the Pros!

    Fitness Kickboxing 

Total body workout that is fully packed with lots of cardio to really get the heart pumping.
Participants will be instructed to perform powerful punching and kicking combinations without compromising good form.
Traditional Muay-Thai techniques of punching and kicking are integrated.
